Delivery & Collection Policy
You can place online orders for delivery or collection using one of the following options:
Delivery Options
- UK Standard Delivery or UK Nominated Day Delivery - £6.95
- UK Saturday Delivery - £11.95
- Click & Collect (Weetons - Leeds Road, HG3 1EW) - Free
All available delivery date options will be displayed at checkout.
(Please note delivery options are subject to availability and may vary depending on location, product type, and carrier capacity.)
Our carrier, DPD, will contact you with estimated delivery timescales.
Click & Collect orders will be available from 10am on the date selected at checkout.
Perishable & Hamper Orders
Orders containing fresh or perishable items, including Hampers, are subject to one delivery attempt only.
If no safe location is specified and delivery cannot be completed, the order will be destroyed by the carrier due to the perishable nature of the contents.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery on the agreed date, or that appropriate alternative arrangements are made directly with the carrier.
Luxury Dining
Luxury Dining products require a 5 working day lead time.
The next available collection date will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that Luxury Dining products are not available for delivery due to their delicate nature.
Cancellation Rights
Cancellation rights do not apply to:
- Luxury Dining products
- Hampers or items containing fresh or perishable food
- Any items with a hygiene seal where the seal has been removed, broken, or tampered with
Nothing in these Delivery & Collection Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
